How is this different from a consumer DNA kit?
Consumer kits are for general interest. PMC runs clinical-grade testing in our own CLIA-certified, COMAR-accredited Maryland laboratory, and every report is reviewed and signed by a board-certified molecular geneticist so your doctor can act on it.
Do I need to visit a clinic?
No. Your kit arrives at home, collection is a simple saliva or nail sample, and the prepaid envelope goes straight back to the lab.
How do I get my results?
Your report is released securely to you and, where you have one, to your ordering physician so you can discuss what it means together.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the panel and is shown before you order. MyPMC membership is $89/month with a three-month minimum and includes your testing.
